RYAN HOW
Ryan is a 22-year-old natural born racer who has the talent and determination to be a top-tier driver in both the Australian and international motorsport scene.
Having excelled in karting in his junior years, Ryan transitioned very quickly into circuit racing. Starting out in a Mini Challenge car belonging to his father Simon, he had a single competitive outing, and came very close to breaking a few track records.
After such a notable start, Ryan decided to jump into a 2011 Audi R8, and went on to win his debut race in the Trophy Class at Eastern Creek. He made an instant impression, continuing to claim multiple class and outright race wins in the Australian GT Championship – regarded as one of this country’s most competitive series.
A mechanical failure cut Ryan’s GT3 championship short, crashing the car at Barbagello on the final turn, quickly followed by pandemic years meant Ryan has been limited to sim racing of late.
That is set to change in the 2023 season, with Ryan looking to compete in two very different racing series.
